Our fees are extremely competitive. As an independent care home, we do not have complex layers of management to pay, or shareholders demanding high returns. This allows us to keep fees low.

Our management team is overseen by a Board of Trustees, a group of local people who are all volunteers with a wide range of business and caring experience.  The Board ensure that the home’s finances are well managed, and that funds are reinvested in Viewlands House to ensure it evolves to meet the needs of future residents.

As a registered charity, we are also fortunate to be supported by local businesses including construction firm Kilmac whose founder has close links to the home.
