Residents of our bungalows live independently, including arranging paying for their own services such as council tax, gas, electricity and telecoms services.
Included in the monthly rental cost is all maintenance, regular window washing and grass cutting.
Bungalow tenants are welcome to use the hairdressing facility within the care home and are invited to join in with the Viewlands House residents for certain activities e.g. Christmas party, mini-bus trips.
Should the care needs of Viewlands Court tenants increase and they need to move to a Care Home then they will have priority access to Viewlands House.
Our Bungalows are all no-smoking properties and pets are regrettably not allowed.
We provide six secure, well-maintained private bungalows. The bungalows offer independent living for people who do not need personal care, but wish to be within the quiet, safe environment of our grounds. An alarm call system linked to the Bield digital alarm monitoring service is included.
We have five one-bedroom terraced bungalows situated less than 100m from the main building of Viewlands House, and a larger two-bedroom bungalow which sits adjacent to the main entrance. All bungalows have bright sunny outlooks and superb views across Perth.
All bungalows have accessible bathrooms, and are provided unfurnished, but including all white goods.
