Viewlands House is an independent care home situated in a lovely residential area of Perth
We are a member of the Abbeyfield Society, a group of independent care homes with a shared mission to provide friendly homes with great links to our communities, where residents have single rooms with en-suite facilities within the companionship and security of a small household.
The Abbeyfield ethos is at the centre of everything we do at Viewlands House, You can read more about Abbeyfield, its origins here.
Everyone is welcome
at Viewlands House.
You’ll find we’re warm,
open and friendly. Community is at the
heart of Viewlands House, where people come together to share meals, company, and enjoy life.
We are more than a home, we are a neighbourhood,
a community, a family.
The Viewlands House team cares for 32 residents in the well maintained main building, and provides six high quality independent living bungalows in its beautifully tended grounds.
Viewlands House is a true home from home, where our residents are cared for just as they would be by a loving family. You can read more here about our Philosophy of Care, which is shared by all homes within the Abbeyfield Society.
At Viewlands House we are closely linked to our local community. Performances from schoolchildren, recitals by musicians who live nearby and an active group of volunteers all add special touches to the Viewlands House experience.
As a member of the Abbeyfield Society, Viewlands House is a not-for-profit organisation overseen by a Board of Trustees, all of whom live in the Perth area, who ensure that surplus funds are reinvested to keep the home a lovely place to live.
